Runic suggestions~About futhark runes including elemental associations~Individual's sigils

This is suggested runic use for those that want to use the Elder Futhark. These are suggestions for a runeset that you can view the symbols of here or here at sunnyway. These are runes you create with by thinking of your purpose, then draw, trace or carve the runic symbol somehow. Then you can get an effect. Some notes:
Eihwaz can cause death very easily by feel, if you intend death and it knows what you want. So to cancel it out, draw or trace a line through the eihwaz horizontally or flip it horizontally as you draw/trace/carve it, then it stops doing what you don't need. So think and you know what to do.
Avoid Eihwaz and hagalaz and not too much wunjo.
Avoid Eihwaz and Gebo together because it gets bad results by what you notice. This runic combination can lessen efficiency and create bad results, that is done as though the computer fails by some point you experience if you use them with each other. That's like you have to reset your windows 10 from a slowdown that is due to viruses coming up. You could also experience a natural bad luck.
Gebo Fehu are great where Ansuz is good for dreams.
If you want to use Kenaz as a weightloss rune, use Kenaz every day by tracing your carving/drawing of the rune at least in the air or on the body, also necessary is thinking to count your calories. Think to eat less each day. So you eat 1500 calories or less on the starting day, then 1400 calories or less the next day and that is that as you eat less than 1400 calories the next and so on. Keep the eating and drinking under 1500 or 1400 calories per day and you'll do fine. Also you can do what you want, that's as you avoid high fructose, too much sugar and fructose not in fruit. This is a diet that will work, if you keep to your routine.
Use Fehu to kill the bugs in some area that has them.

Uruz - Muscles and anything connected with bodily strength
Thurisaz - Heart
Ansuz - Mouth, teeth, throat, stutters
Raido - Legs and gluteal muscles
Kaunaz - Weightloss, cysts, ulcers, abscesses and boils and any fever associated
Gebo - Toxic poisoning
Wunjo - Breathing problems
Hagalaz - Wounds, grazes, cuts
Nauthiz - The arms
Isa - Any loss of feeling or sensation
Jera - Bowel or digestive disorders
Eihwaz - Eye problems
Perth - Anything associated with childbirth or sexual organs
Algiz - Mental or anxiety problems, head or brain, headaches
Sowelu - Burns or skin problems
Teiwaz - Rheumatics and arthritis, especially of hands
Berkana - Fertility problems
Ehwaz - Anything associated with the back
Mannaz - Sprains, pulled tendons, etc., especially of feet or ankles
Laguz - Kidneys or general healing
Inguz - Problems associated with male genitalia or weight
Othila - Genetic problems, anything inherited
Dagaz - Fear, distress, nervous problems, mental illness

Summary of all the runes in my view
If you want to make use of sigils, that creates with the subconscious and works in idea. See then you do things with the symbol. Think of the idea to do and create the effect by tracing, drawing or carving the sigil in mind. Then the subconscious creates the point you need and you get what you want.
